i know they say diet regime soda causes weight acquire, for reasons such as, it tends to make you hungier or folks assume they can consume far more becuase they cut the soda.
but my Q is if a person requires in 1500 calories a day and this person in no way drank diet soda, then they commence drinking diet plan soda but still only will take in 1500 calories a day, can the soda nevertheless some how lead to them to obtain weight? (and i know the crap in diet soda is awful for you anyways).
