Do you gain all the weight back easily after you stop the hcg diet?

I really hate this diet !!! I’m so sick of Dr.s prescribing this non sense from Ob-gyns to Chiropractors who have no knowledge most of the time with nutrition and exercise …. They just want to make a buck ! Ok , rant over lol … I am a Certified Personal Trainer and have known women who have went on this , one a client of mine . At least 80% gained all the weight back .. this is how it works , you are put on a 500 calorie diet for 28 days , you are given human growth hormones , and vitamin B SHOTS because you have zero energy . What happens after the 28 days is you will lose a lot of weight but once you start upping you calories your body goes into shock and you gain all the weight back … it’s called a rebound effect . Unless , you are VERY careful by slowly adding calories back in theres a ” possibility ” the weight will stay off … Don’t take the lazy way out …. eat properly , exercise and you will lose weight the natural way .

Actually, I was a little skeptical when purchasing my HCG drops online. I thought it would be a scam, but took the risk anyways. They really do work like magic.
