I’ve been reading a lot about this diet referred to as Fat Loss four Idiots and was wondering if anyone has tried it and what had been your benefits?
Some of the claims sound as well excellent to be accurate, but the actual science behind the calorie shifting sort of makes sense. I just don’t want to waste my time and funds jumping into one thing that doesn’t function, so any truthful feedback on this diet is greatly appreciated!
