How can you lose belly fat fast for prom?

My prom is in 3 weeks and I need to lose my belly fat/pooch. (ugh) I need a fast, easy, and safe way to lose that.

    You can’t target fat reduction, you have to loose it throughout the whole body! ust follow these simple tips to shed extra pounds from your weight
    - take a balanced diet (moderation is the key)
    - take 5 meals in the day (breakfast being your biggest meal and dinner your smallest meal)
    - no food after 7pm
    - when i get hungry i take gum instead of snaking on junk food
    - add plenty of fruits and vegetables in your meals
    - zip your lips for fried and fast foods
    - avoid colas and sweets
    - drink lots of water (take a 750ml bottle along with you and keep drinking)
    - drink green tea (2-3 times a day)
    - do regular workout (something you enjoy & sweating at the same time)
    - think positive and keep smiling
    - be motivated, have Patience
    - have a buddy (if you can)
    - and remember you can do it and your never alone!!

    any diet that should work that fast probably wont be super safe. but i recommend lots of cardio. anything that gets your heart rate up and makes you sweat. and if you are really committed, do 200 sit-ups a day, and consume things with fiber, and drink plenty of water. i once did all that for a few weeks and lost like 6 inches. so, good luck, and be safe. :)

    Realistically the only way your going to do it is through basic exercises for your abs. If you want a really good toned stomach there are 3 areas you’ve gotta work on: Lower Abs, Upper Abs and Obliques (the muscles at the either side of your stomach).

    Obliques – get a brush/broom/mop handle or any long stick/pole, and hold it straight behind your neck. Bend at your waist about a 45 degree angle (so your face is facing the floor) and twist left and right so the stick/pole is pointing to the floor. Make sure you stretch as much as you can. You should be able to do 20-30 fairly easily (it’s not too strenuous) and work up to do maybe 2 lots of 50 a day (it won’t take long)

    Upper Abs – just basic sit-ups. Make sure you’re doing the work with your stomach and not just swinging yourself forward, if you can only do 5-10 at first, then that’s fine, stick to it and guaranteed within a week or two you’ll be doing 10-20, then more week by week. Doing them correctly is far more important than doing more of them.

    Lower Abs – bent leg raises. Lie fat on the floor on your back, put your hands under your bum and hold your legs about 6 inches off the floor. Bend your bend your knees to lift your legs up to your stomach and then straighten your legs out again, making sure you keep them about 6 inches off the floor. Again, do as many as you can at first, guaranteed you’ll be able to do more after a week or two.

    Because Abs are a muslc you use naturally everyday, it is perfectly fine to work them out every single day as well. Do as many of these exercises as you can every single day, each day you should be hoping to do a few more than the day before.

    For all of these exercises, make sure you do them correctly, if you ‘cheat’ to do more, you’ll only cheat yourself because you won’t get results.

    Do this and obviously make sure you’re not taking in massive amounts of fat (especially saturated fat) and guaranteed you will see results within a month

    Sorry DogBreath but you are completely wrong. Of course you can target areas for fat reduction. Are you telling me if you are slim everywhere but have fat thighs, it’s physically impossible to target your thighs in weight reducing exercises?? Ridiculous

    You must eat fruits that are rich in fiber and also vegetables. Then drink a lot of water. Thats it, very simple yer very effective. Also do some aerobic exercise and combine it with a good food plan.

    do jogging for 1 hour….If you hope to lose weight by running, keep in mind that you’ll only shed pounds if you burn more calories than you consume. To lose a pound, you have to burn, through exercise or life functions, about 3600 calories. So you’ll need to combine running with a healthy diet.

    jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
    evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
    specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
    your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
    to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
    an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
    stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
    for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
    that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
    will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
    body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
    move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
    to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
    guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat – if you have any – six
    pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
    crunches – I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
    ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week.

    Cut off stomach with a sterile knife. Have towels handy. Be prepared to lose a lot of blood. Have a lot of surgical thread and needle also. :-)
