How do I gain muscle and lose fat, but no gaining/losing weight?

I mean, is not it possible that the muscle mass you obtain also could use the excess fat in the physique as fuel (which helps make it gaining muscle, losing body fat) and how do I do that? Exercises, diet regime and so on. I am a female, I excess weight 57 kg, I am one,64 tall and am twenty years old

    muscle weighs more than fat, so if you build muscle you will gain weight, probably not a whole lot of it though. and as you build muscle you will lose fat, the more muscle the less the fat

    Strength training. Work on the legs, arms, and core.
    Arms: tricep pushups, regular pushups, pullups, curls (with weights)…
    Legs: sumo squats, plie (spelling?) squats, regular squats, lunges, high kee kicks…
    Core: Crunches, reverse crunches, side planks, regular planks, bicycle crunches…

    Alternate between these types of exercises and typically do an exercise for about 30-45 minutes.

    lift weights in the gym… 10-12 reps… your not going to bulk up…..
    and add cardio to the mix…. 30-40 mins 3 days a week

    train abs everyother day for 10 mins

    your probably not going to gain weight.. just get leaner and more toned

    and reduce the carbs

    You have to get to a tipping point in the ratio between muscle and fat in your body where you have enough muscle volume to keep quickly chewing up all the fat faster than your body can deposit it. Here’s a good post on my blog that you may find informative.
