How do you burn fat and build muscle?

I’m wanting to burn fat and construct my muscle, my workout system is fairly solid. But, what my difficulty is nutrition. I do not know how a lot of calories I’m supposed to be having every single day. Can any person support me out with this?

    Here is a great nutritional calculator on how many calories you roughly need to build muscle and lose fat. It tells you how much calories you need, and breaks it down into how many grams of protein, carbs and fat that should be.
