I’m 13, about 130 pounds, and about 5’2 height. But i have a belly fat and chest fat aka manboobs, i want to shed it rapidly at house. What can i do at house to shed belly fat rapidly. What workout routines? can’t genuinely diet since my mom does not acquire “those foods” but i try to consume less at least. But what workout routines can i do to lose weight fast, thanks. i genuinely want a flat chest/belly.
