How do you lose belly fat/weight fast at home?

I’m 13, about 130 pounds, and about 5’2 height. But i have a belly fat and chest fat aka manboobs, i want to shed it rapidly at house. What can i do at house to shed belly fat rapidly. What workout routines? can’t genuinely diet since my mom does not acquire “those foods” but i try to consume less at least. But what workout routines can i do to lose weight fast, thanks. i genuinely want a flat chest/belly.

    Try sit ups, crunches, push ups…all easy excerises you can do at home.
    Eat healthier. Eliminate all sugars, chips, sodas, etc. Go running. Stuff like that can make a change. Even the little things.

    Let your mom know how important it is to make a couple of changes that will actually be less expensive.

    First, instead of buying chips and other over-processed snacks, tell her you would like to have apples and bananas instead. Cut out snacks like cookies, chips, and crackers completely.

    Second, and this is actually the most important, you need to start exercising by mixing high-intensity exercise with low to medium intensity. What I mean by this is you can jump rope even without a jump rope by just circling your arms to your sides while jumping slightly off the ground for one minute, stop for a minute, then repeat the process. If you could work your way up to about 10 repetitions with this after a while you will have no choice but to lose a lot of fat. This is the type of exercise boxers use and you can see how ripped they are.

    Also, there’s no reason why you shouldn’t also do crunches for your abs and push-ups for your overall body strength. If you can’t do regular pushups then place your knees on the floor and do them until your chest strength improves. If you stick to a routine like this and cut out all the sugary treats there is no doubt you will lose a lot of weight.
