How to Burn Body Fat Fast?

Hey guys. So I am fifteen and I need to get into a workout routine. I have a treadmill, weight machine, elliptical, and rower that I can use. I only have about an hour a day right after school, and possibly another 30 minutes to an hour later in the day. I want to know whats the best way to use the machines i have available to burn body fat fast.

Also, it would be awesome to know any diet information that I should keep in mind for keeping body fat off and building muscle. I would like to know how many calories I should eat a day, good foods to get protein from…and all the other stuff I should know.

    try going vegan but eat lots of fruit and veggies and do yoga, pilates, blood type diets and jogging

    Burn calories by using small weights ex; 15 pound weights, this will create lean muscle and burn fat.
    if you use heavy weights you will only make heavy muscle you dont want that i think. always do sit ups a strong core is the center of everything, and always do push after doing weights atleast 25 after every work out. =)

    Forget a about burning fat fast, fast normally means unhealthy. Calorie intake for adult men is about 2500, you may still be growing so you may need more, it also depends how active you are.

    Good protein foods are quality chicken, tuna, egg whites lean beef, also nuts almonds are one of the best.

    Only eat foods with high nutrition value, reduce, ideally cut out junk food.
