How to lose weight but gain muscle?
I want to shed weight and reduce my body fat percentage. I’ve lost weight this week but I’ve also lost muscle so my physique fat percentage has actually increased.
I’m consuming about 1500calories a day so i’m not depriving my body of power.
What can I do to continue to lose weight but not muscle?
I am a 19 year old female 132lbs and 5’5
