im gaining love handles and stomach fat, whats the best diet plan to gain muscle but lose weight?

i weigh 110lbs., im not overweight, but i want a Michelle Rodriguez physique. how can i obtain this objective, loosing the stomach region fat, but acquire muscle definition in my arms and a lean stomach?
