Is it possible to burn fat and build or at least not lose muscle?

I have a boxing match coming up and i want to be a tiny greater conditioned before the fight. Is it achievable to burn fat and develop muscle? Or at least not shed it?

    To be honest burning fat and building muscle is a complex process but burning fat without losing learn muscle mass is not that hard.

    Make sure you eat 6 meals a day, do some strenght training and interval cardio training and you are fine.
