I presently weight 235 pounds and am 6″. Is the following a wholesome food plan to lose weight on if I run, stairwalk and weight lift every day?
Breakfast: A piece of fruit
Lunch: Soup w/ two or 3 slices of granery bread
Dinner: A thing like fish/chicken/bologneise with pasta, rice or roasted vegetables.
Dessert: A piece of fruit
