Loose Weight?

I My Son is worried. He is thirteen and weights 8st 12lbs or 125.5 lbs. He Does Not Like Vegatables. He requirements to loose weight. We Own A 12ft Trampoline and a tredmill. Does Any person know of a diet plan for him. Thankyou really A lot.

    dont have any carbs go on the treadmill 30 mins in the moring monday to friday eat eggs meat and thats it no bread no butter only meat and eggs he will lose 20 pounds in a weak but he will feel really weak from no carbs i am not sure if he will be able to do it

    i advise him to drink green tea 1-3 glasses per day
    green tea speeds up your metabolism
    drink lots and lots of water 8 glasses each day.
    do not snack
    do not eat 6 meals a day, try to only eat 3
    if you are really hungry and you’ve had all your daily meals snack on fruits ( oranges, apples, bananas )
    exercise more try and run for at least 30 minutes a day
    get more active
    get more sleep it prepares your body
    stretch, yes it works and it doesn’t just help you lose weight it helps with you’re growing to make you a little taller
    count your calories try to stay under the amount of 1300 calories per day
    change you’re lifestyle it makes a difference
    do not eat candy or chips eat more greens or protein bars
    avoid fast food and cut out fried food when you cook your meal oven cook your food do not fry it
    chew gum because when you chew gum you do not pick at food for example if theres some chips in you’re cupboard you go to them a think good damn they look good then you would say no i cant pick at them because i dont wanna throw my gum away
    do not eat after 6pm because before 6pm you can burn all you’re food off and if you eat after six it will lay on you’re stomach as you eat.
    do not eat before you go to sleep
    drink a glass of water before you go to sleep
    eat spicy food, if you can because it speeds up you’re metabolism
    do not weigh you’re self everyday because it torments you,weight you’re self once a week ( every Monday )
    good luck!
    you can safley lose 2 to 3 lbs. a week

    wats his height ? does he NEED to lose weight or just WANTS to ? he can avoid sweets, rice, fried food. make sure if he drink milk then its olny skimed milk. get him comlex carbs like wheat. he can have coconut water.
    he should do lots of crunches and stretches.
    encourage him to go for running, swimming and other sports at least urge him for brisk walking. He should have an active life not of a couch potato. dont walk on tredmill, go out and do it with the beautiful nature.
    Ok, try to give him GREEN TEA ! best for fast and healthy weight loss. i am 14 and managed to lose 25 lbs in 2 months including 5 cups of green tea in my diet.
    it boosts ur metabolism which is y some people never gain weight.
    DO NOT EAT SPICY FOOD, IT DOES NOT SPEED UP UR METABOLISM. spice contains various fried ingredients and a lot of salt which is used to preserve it for a long time. These are high -calorie item and eating spicy food will affect ur child mentaly.
    so plz , u also do some research on google and do not trust anyone.

    Go to my YA profile and the click on the link and get the meal plan. Your whole family probably needs it just to clean up your diet and get really healthy. Get him a medicine ball and work out with that. I exercise with a medicine ball by writing my ABCs in the air with the ball. You start as high as you can reach and then to floor, tighten up the letters and you get in better shape. I works your whole body and its fun.

    he should have a healthy balanced diet have more fibre and protein in your diet they keep you full and energized and he should have small meal every 3 hours check this site for article on fat burning foods, lazy way to lose weight, high protein diet and fibre and more fibre this should get you started

    I am on a diet currently that my doctor recommended. Some of what I can have is:
    lean meats (chicken, fish, turkey, lean ground beef, etc)
    sourdough bread (the best is Pepperidge Farm)
    water or unsweetened tea (no soft drinks or sugar)
    nuts
    peanut butter
    lots of veggies
    All Bran cereal and 2% milk
    protein bars

    Basically what you should look for are things high in protein & low in carbs. He can have carbs, just make sure they are the good ones (whole grains). I have also found lots of snacks that aren’t going to wreck my diet like cheddar sourdough twists, All Bran crackers, & pork rinds. I’m taking adipex as well, but I wouldn’t recommend that to your son. So far I have lost 6.5 pounds in 5 days.

    Also, make sure he works out. Walking is great for weight loss; monitor his walking to make sure he isn’t going too slowly or too fast and start out where he is comfortable. Don’t push him to do 30-45 minutes of it if he physically can’t. Then as he loses weight and gets more fit, increase the time and/or the speed.
