I’m 15 and haven’t been gaining weight recently. Now I’m 5’3 and weigh 197 pounds. I’m a girl, my parents are concerned about how much weight I’ve put on, but I thought that teenagers shouldn’t try to lose weight, I know I shouldn’t gain anymore, but do I need to worry about losing the extra weight now? How much weight will I need to lose? Am I obese?
