Im 17 I do weight training 3 days a week and I do High Intensity Cardio and stretchs everyday. On the days that I do only Cardio I usually ride my bike 4 miles to the gym and spend 10 min. on stair master full speed, then go directly to treadmill at full incline 80% full speed for 10 min. and alternate for a total of 1 hour and 15 min. then I ride my bike back 4 miles and I eat a protein supplement. and a snack then rest for 2 hours..Then I ride my bike for 12 miles and come back to eat dinner, after dinner I usually rest then I do 2 hours of stretching before going to bed. My question is what food and or supplement would u recommend that would recover the body quickly, and give energy so that I could add more continuous training throughout the day without getting tired???and be able to do more training???
