I’ve got a Six Flags trip coming up in 8 days with my college Chorus, and band.
Is there any way to make my stomach appear flatter? I never have a lot of added fat on my stomach, just a pudge at the bottom, but I’m confident absolutely everyone knows what i imply.

I feel I am overweight and am seeking for a treadmill. Will a treadmill assist me to decrease overall fat ( upper and reduce body fat). Some people say that considering that a treadmill includes movement of reduce body, it is not effective in decreasing upper physique fat?? Is this reality true?

I actually just want to loose body fat and tone up like i was when I was 120 and now I am 125 so i figure about five pounds will do it.. So I bought a bunch of Lean Cuisines, ditched the quickly meals and started taking a perform out class twice a week. Does any individual have any expertise with Lean Cuisine diets?

I am going on a cruise in about 10 days and will be out in bathing suits alot, and want to shed some weight. What is the quickest easiest way, because I loose weight quickly, I just dont know what functions greater.

currently I workout 3 times per week- on the first day I do chest and triceps, day two I work back and Biceps, and on day three, I work legs. I get tons of cardio through both running, and I am an instructor at my karate school. If I want to lose fat and gain muscle on my arms and chest as well as pretty much everywhere else, is this the best way to go about doing things? I could workout 4 times per week instead of 3 if that would work better
