No weights or anything just my hands and feet!
I want to know how to achieve muscle or shed weight with my hands and feet, but i do have a pull-up bar and 17-pound dumbbells
i am not fat, just a small chubby so i was questioning:
do i have to shed weight, then gain muscle or when i achieve muscle i’ll also shed the fat?
