im a fitness trainer lookin for a new nutrition book. all my books from my college specialize in weight loss and muscle obtain. losing physique fat and gaining lean mass. they’ve had some information on basic nutrition but can someone recomend a nutrition book that promotes basic overall health and nothing at all to do with losing weight. a book about how to consuming to be healthy and not yet another diet program book or primarily based for general fitness?
