i drink four servings of muscle milk per day. i also consume two lean poached chicken breasts and about 3 cups of steamed rice.
i use oranges and lemons for flavor. im trying to loose fat and gain muscle so i do 3 to 4 hours of cardio and weight training
each and every day.does this sound excellent? what would you add?

I would like to get them in individual due to credibility of on the web shops (but I am prepared to listen to all recomondations). Also surrounding states are Colorado, Arizona, Texas and California is OK.

I am interested in becoming a personal trainer & I’m questioning if I can be financially secure with this profession? What if I finish up only working in a fitness center atmosphere? Also, I’m only around 5’1′ do you think my height will affect my chances of getting a job? Thanks for any info.
