For the previous six monthes, i completely changed my life style. I consume really healthy and have a lot of self handle. I work out as a lot as i can in addition to sports games and practices and i have dropped my weight from 178 down to 137. But lately i can’t get the scale to move at all in the weight loss path and i don’t know how to adjust that. I am not positive if just cutting back calories will do it since i know that i dont consume over 1200 a day if even at all close. Can anybody help me?

I have three months to shed 1.five stone! Apart from the clear, eating significantly less and working out a lot more does any individual have any excellent guidelines on stomach toning (post infant) and general weight loss? I am very impatient and get demotivated if I dont see fast final results!

I was under the impression that fat loss leads to weight loss or vice versa but it appears each are different. Can anyone clarify the distinction
