Tips for me how to gain muscle and lose fat without supplements?
I am in my early teens and have high levels of testosterone and low levels of estrogen. I function out sometimes and my diet is high in protein . A somatype test says that I am in between an Ectomorph and a Mesomorph but I am not at all muscular and my shoulders are somewhat broad. I am naturally underweight–BMI about 16.
