Weight gain?

I am 18 and weigh 8 stones. Not healthful. Can any person inform me What is the best way to gain weight. Consuming loads of food does not assist. I probably eat as a lot as two people. Any tips, suggestions, help

    You are probably trying too hard. You are probably stressing and running around trying to find a solution so you’re burning all the fat you are taking in. Dude, sit down and dont get up for anything but the bathroom. Get mom to bring you food. You’ll be a fatass in no time.

    Weight-lifting offers you the best opportunity to put on some healthy gains in your overall weight.

    its the food you eat that counts…eat plenty of protein foods…also try adding a food supplement high in protein for weight gain .eat plenty of chicken , bananas, pasta, tuna, eggs and red meat…hope it works..good luck

    Eat a balanced diet. Follow the food pyramid as close as you can, but I would try to eat a 3-4 tablespoons of peanut butter each day. It’s a good source of protein and has a good mix of fats that will put some weight on your frame.

    Also, get out and exercise. If you are eating plenty, particularly protein, then any type of resistance exercise (weight lifting, calesthenics, etc.) should start to put muscle on you. This will eventually make you start gaining weight.

    You say that you eat enough for two people, but I doubt that this is the case. You must balance your diet and refrain from snacking. If you mostly consume junk food, then you should switch to a healthier alternative.

    Being healthy is hard work, but it’s worth it. Health should be your primary goal, not gaining weight. You may come to the point where you realize that you are just a naturally thin person. That is an okay conclusion to arrive at so long as you are healthy.
