What are some foods that will help me loose fat and gain muscle?
Height: 5ft 4.5inches
Age:16
Weight:112lbs
Fat %: 22
Body Frame: Small
I want to know some foods I should have inorder to build muscle and loose fat.
Also, what are foods I should avoid. I know ovisally junk food but other then that.
Another thing, what should I eat if I have a sudden sweet tooth?
I drink at least a gallon of water a day, not all at once ovisally.
