What are some ways to lose stomach fat fast?

I want to lose stomach weight quickly…but there’s 1 dilemma! i am a Very picky eater! possibly the pickiest particular person EVER! ….i don’t eat numerous foods but want to shed stomach fat….any support???

    you should report those spammer. keep an eye on my question as well it is very similar. The thing is though, I know what its like to be picky when it comes to food but you just have to force yourself to realise that eating healthy foods is essential in weightloss, you can still keep the out chocolate bar or cake in your diet, its been proven that a little bit of what you like gives you the power to keep going, but only eating chips(fries if ur from the US) and burgers, pizzas etc, are empty carbohydrates that will only store as fat. there are quite a few nutrition sites out there, or if you know someone who does home ec take a look at their text book

    First of all, what foods do you eat? If you only eat junk food….there is your problem right there. You can’t lose stomach weight fast…..it’s not healthy and it just won’t happen.

    Eat:
    Protein shakes that are low in carbs and sugar
    Turkey breast or chicken breast
    Vegetables
    Fruit
    Water
    Take CLA…..Conjugated Linoleic Acid….you can find it at a health food store. Take 6 grams/day
    EXERCISE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Cardio & Weight Training!!!

    Eat whole, naturally occuring foods. Nothing processed, packaged or anything with added sugar, salt, artificial sweetners or preservatives.
