What foods and liquids help burn fat and make you lose weight?(Any diets?)?

What are some genuinely low-calorie foods that support you shed weight, and if you have a great diets to lose weight in little time thatd be fantastic.

    its not really what foods you eat, its what u dont eat. Its just a calories game. Eat less calories than you burn in a day and you will lose weight.

    but lots of green veggies, oatmeal ( not the sugary kind) lean meats like grilled chicken, turkey and fish, eggs, raw nuts, limit amount of fruits ( fruits are good, but have lots of sugar so dont eat too much)

    and of course avoid candy, any kind of pastries, fried food, greasy stuff, anything with lots of sugar.

    I would just drink water too if you really want to lose weight.
