what is a good diet to lose weight fast?
I am 16 years old and i have stretch marks, I need to have to lose weight and perferably a tiny quicker that it usually takes. I know it requires time to shed weight but i require to lose about 30 to 40 pounds maybe, just before january 1st since im going on a cruise and I dont want to be fat. can somebody tell me what is a great diet program for me to go on to shed some weight and what i have to do in order to preserve the diet plan and every little thing.
