As a teenager, I’ve been waiting for that growth spurt to stretch out my body weight, but it’s just not coming. What are some good ways to lose weight in workouts and diets? I’m 5 foot and about 150 pounds, and be free to say what I should eat, how much, and also what kinds of workouts should I do. I really just want to lose this “beer gut” and also fat on my arms and legs. And my “double chin”.
