What’s an ideal diet to build muscle and lose belly fat?

I am 20 and i am aiming to lose my belly fat even though developing muscle. I weight about 71 kgs. I’ve began going to the gym about thrice a week(each alternate day) Now what’s the perfect diet i want to follow to shed my belly fat? I lift weights and do cardio too.

    1 Follow a good diet

    2 Do aerobic exercise for 30-45 minutes

    3 Introduce some weight training to your plan muscle needs more calories to maintain at rest than fat does .

    4 Avoid too many simple carbs bread, fizzy drinks, cakes, sweets

    5 Limit alcohol intake.
