Will building muscle burn fat?
I have been operating out for about 6 months now, the last three or so have been very consistent, about 5 days a week. I alternate cardio, pilates, and strength instruction. I have a fairly great diet program and I did not genuinely have any weight to shed, I just wanted to firm. I have noticed good outcomes but seems like my thighs are slightly larger because I can feel the muscle underneath, eventually will this burn off the excess fat in the thigh region?
